The Johnson Condominium features 2 guest bedrooms, 2 sitting areas with fold out sofas, 3 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen with dining for 8 and a full living room. Tribeca Condominium features 3 guest rooms with 2 kitchens and 3 baths. Each unit is perfect for families or friends traveling together. All 13 rooms have comforts such as premium bedding and air conditioning. Selected rooms also feature a kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Rooms include a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Double queen suites are the most spacious of rooms.
Dining and Drinks
Meals can be prepared in the shared kitchen, which has a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. The property is the proud new home of several distilleries and local craft beer breweries.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Access to the second level is by stairs, but there are four guest rooms on the first floor for those who prefer not to use stairs.
