the room was spacious and looked generally clean.
The gym equipment wasn't fully functional (i found several machines out of order). also, the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic, and i wasn't informed about belongings left in the room after checkout. I had items in the fridge and received no reminder, which i found quite annoying.

The dining experience featured beautifully prepared dishes. The food was full of flavor and the service was prompt. The staff ensured we had everything needed for an enjoyable meal (I appreciated their attention). The front office staff ensured a smooth check-in and check-out.
The water supply in the shower was very slow. I noticed an uneven mix of hot and cold water. Only one towel was available in the bathroom. There was not enough toilet paper provided.
