The staff was friendly (and efficient). The rooftop bar provided beautiful city views. The restaurant offered good food, especially the Asian dishes.

My room was too small. There was not enough space for luggage. There were not enough hangers for clothes and jackets. We had to ask for extra towels.

The staff downstairs were great.

The room's cleanliness was questionable , I found hairs on the carpet indicating a lack of vacuuming. Also , the connection between my room and the adjacent one was unsettling , I could hear everything through the connecting door. It, especially considering the potential noise issues for both rooms.
