Transportation Details
A taxi from Peretola Airport takes about 25 minutes, with a fixed price of €20-25 plus baggage fees. The 'Vola in bus' shuttle takes 30 minutes from the airport to Santa Maria Novella Train Station; from there, take bus C2 (stop in Via Ghibellina) or walk 20 minutes. Parking is available at 'Villa Costanza' (8€/day), accessible via the A1 exit between Scandicci and Florence North. Take the T1 light rail train to the 'Unità' stop and walk 20 minutes or take a taxi. Tram tickets are 1.5€ each. The nearest parking garage is 100 meters away (6:00/0:30 a.m. weekdays, 6:30 a.m./12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m./0:30 a.m. holidays), with daily prices between 20/29 EUR based on car size. Guests with many bags can stop at the B&B before parking.
