the staff was friendly and helpful when i ask for directions.

The walls are paper thin, so i could hear everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. this made it difficult to sleep, and it was generally not relaxing. the spa was also smaller than it looked in the pictures and seemed crowded with few places to sit. I felt a bit claustrophobic.

the staff were very friendly. the food at the evening buffet tasted really good. it was lovely to have a massage at the spa. it helped me relax after a day of travel.

the room had a slight odor of pipes. the breakfast was poor. the parking felt too narrow for bigger vehicles.

The staff was friendly and helpful . The shuttle in the morning made access convenient. The food was tasty and offered good variety. Spa access requires an extra fee however the pools have warm water and the sauna works well.
