Hotel Sipan has 75 air-conditioned rooms with minibars and LCD televisions. Room options include elegant air-conditioned rooms with a telephone and a flat-screen TV. Mediterranean Cuisine
The ground-floor Verbena restaurant has a wide sea-view terrace lined with palms and potted olive trees. Guests on half-board get a three-course dinner featuring Mediterranean fare based on local produce, with a choice of three dishes for each course. There is no fixed menu; the choices change daily depending on the seafood from local fishermen. Verbena's adjoining Kapar bar serves all-day drinks and coffee on the terrace and has sunset views.
Relaxation and Activities
Guests enjoy access to a small pebble beach with a makeshift bar called Priježba. Several wooden sunbeds are available, and guests can hire bicycles and sea kayaks. An aromatherapy massage is also available. The hotel is located on a 2.5 km long bay in Šipanska Luka, which features a playground.
