Hotel Sipan is situated on the waterfront in Sipanska Luka Bay, at the end of a long, deep sheltered bay. From here, guests can see the Elaphiti Islands. The hotel is 50 km from Dubrovnik. In the nearby settlements of Suđurađ and Šipanska Luka are tumbledown old stone cottages, Renaissance villas and churches, and wooden fishing boats. Guests can visit a shop with local specialities, the Skočibuha Castle, and the Church of the Holy Spirit in Suđurađ.
