The Deluxe Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a choice of a king or twin bed. Triple Rooms have one queen-size bed and one king-size bed, accommodating three to four people. Family Rooms feature two queen-size beds, suitable for up to four guests. Certain units include a seating area. All rooms include free stocked minibars, free WiFi, a TV, a DVD player, and a private bathroom with a hot shower. Some rooms have a balcony with mountain views.

Guests can dine at the Glass House At Sino Restaurant, which serves traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes. The restaurant offers outdoor dining and garden views.
