Satri House offers 28 rooms and 3 suites furnished with crafted wood furniture. Each room includes oversized balconies and spacious bathrooms featuring rain showers and separate toilet rooms. Suites offer bathtubs. Rooms feature air conditioning, a fan, a mini-bar, a safe, a telephone, and complimentary wireless connection. Flat-screen TVs are available upon request. Most rooms include a private balcony or patio. The Satri House Suites are located in a former Royal House. Select rooms have cool tile floors, powder-blue walls, bronze Buddha statues, vintage photography, and Bakerlite telephones.

The Satri House restaurant offers local Lao, Western, and Asian cuisine in an open-air setting overlooking the gardens. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and dinner from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
