Convenient Location with Attentive Staff

The staff exhibited friendliness, a quality I value. I appreciated the early breakfast service that started at 0630. It was convenient for my transport arrangements. Proximity to the steps leading to the hilltop tea house was also a plus.

The room lacked a refrigerator, slightly inconvenient.

mixed feelings about my stay

unresponsive staff outdated condition

i found the room to be somewhat outdated. it lacked essential amenities such as a mini fridge, a major inconvenience. the front desk staff seemed unresponsive, especially during the night hours, which forced me to go downstairs for assistance. the condition of the hotel, in general, requires an upgrade.

The staff arranged a taxi promptly for my trip to the orangutan rehabilitation center. I appreciated this service. The room WAS large, providing ample space for relaxation after a long day. I found the pasta seafood dinner in the restaurant quite delicious, a good culinary experience. Breakfast offered a good variety, I enjoyed the different items served each day.

The bed felt somewhat firm, though I still managed to sleep relatively well .

i appreciated the large room. the beds were quite comfortable. the breakfast was good, with enough options to choose from. the staff were all polite and helpful (they even gave me directions!).

the water coming from the taps had a slight yellow tint and a peculiar smell. i understand they were updating the water systems. i hope it is fixed soon.

the staff were very polite! breakfast had a good selection with changes each day. the location was perfect with easy access to the waterfront restaurants and central market. the room was clean and quite spacious.

i found there was no fridge in my room, inconvenient for keeping drinks cold.

The desk staff demonstrated efficiency. The hotel's location is really convenient. It is an easy walk to the central market and waterfront restaurants. There is a lift available, VERY useful for upper floors.
