i found the staff very kind and energetic. i noticed they remembered my name . the spa treatments were fantastic and relaxing. the food at the restaurant was also quite tasty.

The air conditioning was mediocre. I expected more for the price. i found only a few non-spicy items on the menu. dirt was on the floor and it seemed the floor was never vacuumed. rat poop was even in the bathtub.
