i loved the heritage vibes! the staff was courteous and always smiling. it. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety including south indian, north indian, and continental options.

The bathroom felt old, with a flimsy bath, it flexed when i stood in it to shower. the check-in process was slow. I waited 20 minutes for my room after the check-in time! no apology was given, a bit annoying. the outdoor restaurant service was quite slow, it took a while to get someone to take my order.

I adored the food!!! the wide array of choices catered to my every whim. the classical music in the morning added such a tender touch. It complemented the heritage experience perfectly, it really did.
