Rosewood Matakauri, 15 km from Queenstown, has 16 bedrooms in Deluxe Suites, Suites, Lodge Room, and a Four Bedroom Owner's Cottage. The rooms have twin or king beds and sleep up to 32 guests. Every room offers views across Lake Wakatipu to The Remarkables, Cecil and Walter Peaks. Suites include private balconies. Some suites have fireplaces. Deluxe Suites are located on the upper level and have LCD TVs with satellite TV and DVD players, CD players with iPod docks, and bathrooms with oversized baths. The Owner's Cottage may only be reserved as a four-bedroom house between December 15 and January 5.
