Dining with local produce
All food and drinks are included. Three-course lunches and dinners use local produce and vegetables from the hotel's kitchen garden. Dishes include tuna, aubergine cannelloni, and steak with one of Chiloé's 400 varieties of potato. Guests can also enjoy shellfish, pork, chicken, and dumplings cooked on hot stones. All this is complemented by a selection of Chile's best wines, pisco sours or the hotel's invention - a nalca sour, a pink-hued cocktail.
