Publick House Historic Inn And Country Motor Lodge is 40 km from Worcester Regional. Rooms are located in the Country Motor Lodge and feature a private balcony, cable TV, a desk, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, a terrace, and garden furniture. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Additional amenities include an AM/FM alarm clock, direct dial telephone, flat-screen TV, carpeted floor, and parquet floor. Pets are allowed for an additional fee; contact the property for details. Rooms are also located in the Tillyer House, which is adjacent to the Historic Inn, on the 2nd floor in the Historic Inn (accessible only by stairs) and in the Chamberlain House, which is adjacent to the Historic Inn and features a separate seating area. Please note, some rooms cannot accommodate pets.

Dining: Yankee Fare

The Publick House Historic Inn features traditional New England-style dining. Ebenezer's Tavern serves traditional Yankee fare for lunch and dinner seven days a week, maintaining its 18th-century ambiance with oversized wingback chairs, comfortable couches by the fireplace, and vintage brass beer taps and rum barrels. The property offers two restaurants. Guests can try old-fashioned Yankee pot roast. Visit the 18th-century Bake Shoppe for a perfect cup of coffee and pecan sweet rolls.

The Inn offers a garden tent area with a white framed tent that includes side walls and clear arched windows. The grand ballroom features post-beam cathedral ceilings, a large Palladian window, magnificent chandeliers, and a greenhouse wall of windows that overlooks the Bake Shoppe Patio. Stonewalls and flower gardens surround the Gazebo, located on tent grounds. The special touches in the lobby include a gas fireplace and hot coffee. Bake Shoppe hours are 7 AM to 7 PM on Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. The red brick walkway continues alongside the perennial garden path to the gazebo.
