just okay, i guess
firm bed rough towels
the bed was really firm, not to my liking at all. plus, the towels felt pretty rough, like they had seen better days. i also noticed street noise at night. it was hard to sleep well with the traffic sounds. it was not quiet, honestly

refreshing escape city skyline quick response excellent location
the location is excellent for exploring the city. the pool is very good. the rooftop provides amazing views of the city skyline. staff members were very nice and quick to respond to requests.
Street traffic noise was somewhat audible. It was more noticeable between 6-7 am.

unhelpful staff indifferent service
The rooftop pool was lovely and offered a relaxing space.
The staff at reception were NOT helpful. They seemed quite indifferent. I expected better service for the price I paid. This REALLY soured my experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant (especially the fresh fruit!). The gym had decent equipment.
The towels were old and worn. The traffic noise was disruptive (even on an upper floor). The coffee selection in the room was poor.
