Static Homes 1-4 include a double bedroom and a twin room with narrow single beds. Static Homes 5-8 feature a larger living area, a larger double bedroom, and a twin room. Static Homes 9 and 10 offer a double bedroom and two twin rooms, plus a pull-out bed in the living room.

The Cafe Bar opens at 8 AM daily, serving snacks and light bites during the day, followed by a dining menu in the evenings. The Chestnut Room, formerly the courtyard of the old rectory, serves meals with views of Oxwich Bay. High Tea is available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 2 PM and 5 PM, priced at £29.75 per person. All rates include a complimentary breakfast.
