Kajikaso's restaurant provides a kaiseki course made with local seasonal ingredients carefully selected from Yonezawa, including Tengen Pork and Yonezawa Beef, one of the top three beef brands in Japan. A seasonal menu is available. Breakfast options include a Morning Beef Bowl and a Colorful Japanese Breakfast, featuring simmered tofu from the local Sato Tofu Shop, radium hot spring eggs with homemade meat miso, and home-polished Tsuyahime rice. Freshly ground coffee is available in the lounge after breakfast (takeout available).
Hot Spring and Relaxation
The hotel features hot springs certified as a Hot Spring Heritage Site. The hot springs are naturally sourced from the spring waters of the legendary beauty Ono no Komachi and loved by Date Masamune. Guests can immerse themselves in baths. The footbath lodge next to the hotel is available to non-staying guests from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Kajikaso is located in Onogawa Hot Spring, a hot spring resort in southern Yamagata Prefecture, called the backwaters of the city of Yonezawa. It is 100 km from Sendai.
