The staff hospitality did not meet expectations. The barman was rude. This caused us to leave the bar. housekeeping never visited during our two-night stay. When we asked for fresh bed sheets, the staff seemed reluctant, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The soap dispenser never worked. It was not fixed.

i liked the room. it was a generous size with tea and coffee. the underground parking garage was convenient, so i did not worry about a thing.

i experienced noise in the corridors saturday and sunday. there was a large group visiting each other's rooms. they spoke loudly until midnight.
