The staff seemed helpful. They assisted with directions to local attractions.

The room had a musty odor. The carpet looked stained and worn, it needed replacement soon, i think. The bathroom fan was also quite noisy.

Staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had. The location is near the train station. I did appreciate that supermarkets and restaurants are very close. Breakfast was good and served on time.

lovely stay near stratford

friendly staff free parking excellent location helpful team

the staff were friendly and helpful. shuaib, jaskirat, jyothish and vishnu were always ready to assist. free parking at the back of the building offered peace of mind. the hotel's location near the stratford shopping center was a definite plus.

I noticed the shower pressure was a little weak. That's about it

the hotel is conveniently located right on the road near a bus stop. forest gate train station is also nearby, a short walk away. the proximity to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a church made it easy to get around.

i found the super fast wifi to be a major advantage, allowing me to work easily. the room had power sockets where i needed them and was quite clean. i felt secure with the parking at the back.

surprisingly positive stay

train station supportive staff

the location is near the forest gate train station, a real plus. i found several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within a short walk.. the bus stop stage is also very close by. the staff answered all my questions and seemed ready to assist.

the staff members were friendly, especially shuaib. they were able to answer most questions quickly, and he assisted with directions around the hotel and also offered suggestions for public transport.
