Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 15:00. Early check-in is possible, but additional charges may apply for arrivals before 11:00. To ensure a room is available at that time, booking for the previous night is recommended.

The pricing is the same for single and double rooms; the only difference comes from whether breakfast is included. When booking multiple double rooms for single occupancy, the price will remain the same as booking a single room.

Kettles are not included in the rooms, but hot water is available at the bar throughout the day. A limited number of kettles can be borrowed upon request.

Pets are welcome, including Labradors, with a cleaning fee of 15 euros per night applicable for extra guests.

Ironing facilities are available on each floor, conveniently located to the right of the elevators.

The hotel is adjacent to the U-Bahn station, which provides direct access to the Christmas market and the city center.

Luggage can be stored at the hotel prior to check-in for guests who arrive early.

Unfortunately, a kitchen for guest use is not available on the premises.

All guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months.

Tickets for the U-Bahn and S-Bahn must be purchased at the station across the street, as they are not sold at the hotel reception.
