“Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill stands out with its renovated suites and alfresco Italian dining, positioning it well for both business and leisure travelers near the CBD; its co-working space is a practical touch. However, I noted some concerning reports of inconsistent room quality and cleanliness issues that potential guests should consider. Prioritize booking directly and confirming room details in advance to mitigate possible disappointments.”

solid city stay
coffee inclusion convenient location
the breakfast buffet had a lot of options. the hotel provided barista coffee, included at no extra cost. the location is really convenient, within easy walking distance of the bus terminal and roma st station.

adequate stay with some issues
difficult parking slow breakfast
The parking situation was inconvenient! the support pillars made it difficult to maneuver my car, and i was constantly worried about scratches. also, the breakfast service was slow. Clearing tables took far too long. it was annoying to wait so long just to find a clean spot to sit. these issues detracted from what could have been a more seamless experience.

the free bus stop right outside was acceptable.
My room reeked of old mop water. i opened the door expecting fresh air, but cold air only seemed to worsen the horrible odour. the sliding door was tough to open. An elderly person would definitely struggle with it. the hotel is planning refurbishments, but charging high prices now feels deceptive.
