the hotel was great with its luxurious premises. the food was AMAZING!!! served both through room service and during breakfast. the breakfast service was especially enjoyable. rooms were spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. the hotel is located in a nice, quiet, and secure neighborhood.

the breakfast was decent. it had a reasonable variety.

The air conditioning in my executive twin room was a real issue. it didn't seem to regulate properly. I contacted the front desk about this but nothing was done about it.

My room faced a neighboring building, so I had to keep the curtains closed, which affected the natural light.
