The staff helped me organize a smooth transfer to the airport , ensuring i didn't miss my flight. the hotel also recommended several superb dinner spots, showing a genuine interest in making my trip special. i particularly enjoyed the apertivo at 6pm. The bar offered delicious snacks, perfect after exploring the beautiful city all day.

i noticed that the room felt rather warm, even though it was not summer , but i adjusted easily.

the breakfast did not impress me everything was cold including scrambled eggs and bacon the water for tea was barely warm this falls short of expectations for the price i also found the room smaller than advertised it was listed as 20 square meters but seemed closer to 14 square meters in addition a water leak in the bathroom near the shower created a persistent issue

The staff at reception were generally helpful. That was acceptable.

My room was not properly cleaned on one day of my stay. i reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved promptly. additionally, the in-room safe malfunctioned and i needed to call maintenance for assistance. This was an inconvenience.
