the room was clean, appreciated.
The air conditioning did not work at all and leaked onto the table below. I reported this to reception, but no one ever came to fix it. it was really frustrating that they ignored the problem and offered no solution.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. My room was very clean I found it modern. Breakfast was great I loved the rain shower in the bathroom.
They insisted the reservation was for fewer people than I booked. I had to wait 30 minutes at reception. I found this quite rude.
