The natural hot spring pool has a water slide that goes outside the building. There are a wide variety of natural hot spring baths including ones where you ladle the water over yourself, half-body baths, full-body baths, water baths, whirlpool baths, jacuzzis, lie-down baths, and saunas. Swimwear is allowed so everyone can soak in the natural hot spring water together while admiring the view of Amanohashidate. Guests can get tickets to Kurhaus Iwataki as many times as they like during their stay. Kurhaus Iwataki is a natural hot spring facility where swimwear is allowed. A communal kitchen, self-service laundry, and other facilities help guests enjoy their stay at their own pace. The hotel has a self-service laundry for guests staying for consecutive nights or after swimming.

Hashidate Bay Hotel stands on a hilltop overlooking the sweeping line of Amanohashidate and is 55 km from Tajima. Landmarks nearby include Amanohashidate Shrine (3 km), Chion-ji Temple (3 km), Amanohashidate (3.5 km), Kaisenkyo Bridge (3 km), Itanami Plate Row Park (0.3 km), Ouchi Pass Ichijikan Park (2 km), and Chienowa Lantern (3 km). To use the hotel's free shuttle from Amano-Hashidate Train Station, if you are traveling by public transport, take a local bus bound for Ine, Kamanyu, or Kyogamisaki. There are wonderful views of seasonal nature on the way. You can leave your luggage at the souvenir shop Chiekurabe in front of Amanohashidate Station.
