the staff was helpful, and the location was near restaurants.
I found the room cleaning inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days less so. the noise from nearby air traffic was disruptive. Planes flew overhead frequently. also the breakfast selection was limited and repetitive.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and it was nice that there were restaurants close by. the breakfast had a lot of choices, it changed daily so i could try something new each day.
the walls seemed thin. i could clearly hear conversations and other noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly at times, i didn't think much of the soundproofing.

The staff was very helpful and kind . Breakfast was varied with many options each day. The pool bar offered great service. I liked the amazing view from the hotel, so I will come back again.
The glazed glass door let sunlight into the room early, making it hard to sleep.

My room include a large balcony and a comfortable bed. There are two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was a spacious room for two people.

The breakfast had a lot of choice. The breakfast time was alternated each day. The pool bar area does snacks through the day time. Cocktails are available at the bar.

The hotel is direct on the first line close to the sea beach. There are a few restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. It is about 20 minutes from Heraklion town. The hotel have easy access to free beaches.
