“The staff's kindness stood out, especially with the early check-in, a gesture appreciated despite initial room issues; while one room had a lingering smoke smell, the replacement was larger and quieter, facing away from the street. Though the air conditioning presented a challenge with its unusual noise, the responsive service attempted to address it, revealing a dedication to guest comfort that ultimately defined the stay despite some drawbacks. This creates a bittersweet impression.”
