Exotic Hotel & Spa offers air-conditioned double and twin rooms. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a terrace, garden furniture, a dryer, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, and parquet floors. Rooms feature a balcony with sea views. Each unit contains one or two beds.

Dining by the Sea

The hotel features two restaurants: one inside the building serving breakfast daily, and Kiyi Restaurant by the sea. Kiyi Restaurant offers excellent service and a cosy atmosphere, with Executive Chefs preparing Cyprus cuisine. Half-board guests have dinner at Kiyi Restaurant. The Fish Menu includes cold and hot fish mezzes and daily fresh fish from the Mediterranean sea. The cuisine reflects Mediterranean and Turkish influences, with dishes such as vegetable dishes, grills, pastries, fish, soups, kebabs, and lahmacun.
