Cocohut Beach Resort offers 94 rooms with free WiFi and wired internet. All rooms have flat-screen TVs with cable channels, kitchens, and coffee makers, plus patios and Select Comfort beds. DVD players are also included. Accommodations range from 28 sqm Wooden Bungalows with Thai design elements and balconies, to 65 sqm Terrace rooms featuring king-size beds and lounge areas with sofas. Cliff Bungalows, at 36 sqm, have bright interiors and rainforest views from large sliding doors. The 54 sqm Ocean Suite (Skymoon) includes a king-size bed, daybed sofa, desk area, dressing area, and bathroom. The 76 sqm Family Beachfront Pool Villa features a Jacuzzi tub.

Dining and Drinks

The resort features a restaurant with menus offering Thai, Mediterranean, and international dishes. The beachfront bar provides cocktails with sunset views. Two additional bars are located near the pool and beach, serving smoothies and drinks. Private beach dinners with bamboo gazebos are available for a charge.

Location and Transport

Located on Leela Beach next to Haad Rin Beach, Cocohut is a 5-minute walk to Haad Rin, site of the Full Moon Party. The resort is part of Angthong National Marine Park. Shuttle service to Haad Rin Pier is provided for boat arrivals. To get to Cocohut Beach Resort you can take Petchkasem road to Surat Thani and then head to Don Sak pier to take a ferry to reach Koh Phangan; take the bus from Bangkok Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai) to Don Sak pier, Surat Thani, and then take a ferry to Koh Phangan; fly to Samui airport, then take a van to Haad Rin Pier.
