Dining at CaliPaso
Guests can experience CaliPaso wines over a meal at the restaurant. A Sunday Brunch is available with a meat carving station, omelettes, Eggs Benedict, breakfast burritos, bacon, French toast, breakfast potatoes, egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, flatbreads, parfaits, overnight oats, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, deviled eggs, charcuterie, deli sandwiches, salads, and desserts. CaliPaso Winery Bistro hosts events, such as succulent arranging, with sangria, sliders, and appetizers. Friday night features a Southern-style seafood boil with shrimp, crab, crawfish, potatoes, corn, and sausage, including a glass of wine/beer, charred lemon, clarified butter, cornbread muffin, and dessert. A free wine tasting is offered every afternoon at 18:00, along with a free breakfast.
Winery Experience
CaliPaso Winery produces wines for every taste and occasion. Red wines feature flavor themes with tannin structure, opulent colors, and dense texture. The white wines display vibrant flavors with natural acidity. Wine club members can receive 4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine four times per year, selected by Senior Winemaker Enrique Torres. Appetizers are paired with each release. Wine shipments require a signature from someone over 21. Guests can learn about classic French Mother Sauces and experience the winery in California's Central Coast.
