The Winemakers Residence includes 2 King bedrooms, a hot tub, a kitchen, three bathrooms, a large living room, and a vineyard view. The Viognier Suite has a King bed, a living space with a desk, and a balcony with a vineyard view. The Sangiovese Suite, located on the top floor, includes a King bed, a living area, and a Romeo and Juliet balcony with vineyard views. The Pinot Grigio Suite features old-world Tuscan design. The Nebbiolo Suite, on the ground floor, offers a King bed, a sofa bed, a large fireplace, and a balcony with vineyard views. The Moscato Suite, a ground floor corner room, features old-world Tuscan design, a living space, and a walkout balcony with a vineyard view. The Grappa Suite includes old-world Tuscan design, a Queen bed, a living area, a fireplace, and a balcony with vineyard views. All guestrooms include jetted bathtubs, fireplaces, premium bedding, and air conditioning.
Dining at CaliPaso
Guests can experience CaliPaso wines over a meal at the restaurant. A Sunday Brunch is available with a meat carving station, omelettes, Eggs Benedict, breakfast burritos, bacon, French toast, breakfast potatoes, egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, flatbreads, parfaits, overnight oats, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, deviled eggs, charcuterie, deli sandwiches, salads, and desserts. CaliPaso Winery Bistro hosts events, such as succulent arranging, with sangria, sliders, and appetizers. Friday night features a Southern-style seafood boil with shrimp, crab, crawfish, potatoes, corn, and sausage, including a glass of wine/beer, charred lemon, clarified butter, cornbread muffin, and dessert. A free wine tasting is offered every afternoon at 18:00, along with a free breakfast.
Winery Experience
CaliPaso Winery produces wines for every taste and occasion. Red wines feature flavor themes with tannin structure, opulent colors, and dense texture. The white wines display vibrant flavors with natural acidity. Wine club members can receive 4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine four times per year, selected by Senior Winemaker Enrique Torres. Appetizers are paired with each release. Wine shipments require a signature from someone over 21. Guests can learn about classic French Mother Sauces and experience the winery in California's Central Coast.
