The Academy Hotel provides a signature complimentary breakfast from 6am to 9am (Mon-Fri) and 6am to 10am (Sat-Sun). Falcon's Bar & Grill features an all-American menu with appetizers, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Dinner entrees include a salad bar. Falcon's Bar & Grill is open Sun-Thurs 5pm-9pm, Fri-Sat 5pm-10pm.
