A bit underwhelming
friendly staffhigh noise levelweak air conditioning
The staff were really friendly and helpful. I liked that.
My room faced the street, and the noise levels were quite high. It disrupted my sleep EVERY night. The air conditioning was also quite weak. It struggled to cool the room, especially during the day. These issues REALLY impacted the quality of my stay.

the hotel's location was very convenient. it allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants nearby. the front desk staff greeted us warmly. they also took care of our luggage immediately upon arrival.
the noise was a significant issue . i could clearly hear toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. i also heard people walking and chairs being moved at night. the noise was loud enough to disturb my sleep.

poor curtainsbroken fan
I wanted to like this place. the room i got, a classic double or twin room, had issues. the curtains did not block out the light well at all. Light seeped in at the top and bottom. the bathroom exhaust fan was broken so the room fogged up completely after a shower. it was a bit annoying.
