The Greenporter Hotel, designed in a retro 50's style by architect Wendy Evans Joseph, offers 30 rooms. Each room has either a queen or king-size Simmons Mattress and Frette Duvet. Rooms include UV air purifiers, a bathroom with shower, a flat-screen cable television, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. Daily maid service and Wi-Fi are provided. Rooms have modern amenities like a flat-screen cable TV and a refrigerator. A flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, bathroom toiletries, ironing facilities, and a safety deposit box are included. Some rooms feature pool views. One King-size bed, a spacious bathroom, a large work desk, and clothes storage are included in rooms with modern minimalist design.

Terra Cafe, Bar & Bites offers Mediterranean small bites made with Long Island produce. There is a cocktail bar with artistic glassware. A mini greenhouse constructed from recycled building materials provides fresh herbs for dishes and cocktails all year. The restaurant features an outdoor terrace with seating for 40, equipped with a Smart Screen. Open bar and food are available from Atlantis Banquets & Events and Seaside Grill. The restaurant is designed to showcase seasonal changes.

The Greenporter Hotel is near the Village of Greenport, village docks and a waterfront park. The hotel has Long Island's only Green Certified Hotel, plus a gym and swimming pool. Nearby attractions include the East End Seaport Museum (3.5-hour Oyster cruise begins here). The Summer Showcase Concert Series takes place in Southold. The Sidor Farms Sunflower Maze in Mattituck typically opens in August. Naturally Curious Children and Group for the East End meets at Down's Farm Preserve. Location and Transport
Located on the eastern tip of the north fork of Long Island. The Greenporter Hotel is on the third block past the school on the far left hand corner of Front Street and Fourth Street. If coming from New England, the hotel is near the Cross Sound Ferry in Orient. It is near most restaurants, boutiques, galleries and historic attractions, and is 80 km from Long Island MacArthur Airport. Route 114 provides a north-south street route across the island to the south ferry dock.
