wonderful stay with amazing views
great eatery friendly staff
the views were unbeatable. the staff were super friendly. the beach strip has great eateries. i really enjoyed the beautiful grounds too. i liked how close the hotel was to the beach and camps bay.
the service was slow. i noticed it lacked some expected attention to detail. the price of the room did not match the service level.

underwhelming experience at the hotel
ordinary breakfast constant noise
the hotel looks nice at first. but, the breakfast was ordinary. the coffee tasted weak and the selection felt very limited. also, my room faced what seemed like a service area. there was constant noise from early morning, and it really disrupted the peace. a quiet room it was not,

scenic walk lush gardens slow service unattended receptionists
The hotel's location is scenic, nestled among lush gardens. The walk to the ocean was definitely a highlight.
I encountered significant issues with service. I asked for coffee and it arrived an hour later. The receptionists seemed preoccupied with their phones, and no one assisted me with my bags at checkout.

wonderful stay with beautiful gardens
beautiful grounds walking trails delicious breakfast welcome massage
the hotel grounds feature vegetable gardens and walking trails . i spent an evening on the terrace , enjoying the sea view and sunset. the breakfast was delicious , offering many choices. the hotel provided a welcome massage with a fruit plate and tea , a nice touch.
the gym is not located in the hotel building , but in a sister hotel nearby.

seaside serenity
marvelous scenery little forest friendly staff
I spent a monday afternoon there. the scenery was marvelous. i walked through a little forest. I found it nicely set up. staff members were friendly. They are discreet and hard-working.
the hot tub was not hot when i came back from hikes.
