One-room beachfront units offer kitchens and either a private deck or balcony with Adirondack chairs. Downstairs units in Buildings 1, 2, and 3, and upstairs units in Buildings 2 and 3 have 2 double beds, a bureau, a small table and chairs, a kitchen area, and a private bath with a shower stall or tub/shower combination. Upstairs units in Building 1 have 1 queen bed, a sleep sofa, a bureau, a small table and chairs, a kitchen area, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Two-room beachfront units include one queen bed, a table and four chairs, a kitchen area, a private bath, and a separate bedroom with one double bed and another TV. Garden View motel rooms are near the cafe and a short walk to the beach and pool. Two-bedroom cottages feature double beds in each bedroom, a sleep sofa in the living area, a kitchen, a living area, a dining area, and a bathroom. Each cottage has a private outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and BBQ. The Anchor House has 2 large bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a large private back deck, a refrigerator, a freezer, and an electric cook-top and oven. Three-bedroom Beach Houses include 5 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, a full kitchen with granite countertops, and 2 private deck areas. Four-bedroom Shore Houses have 7 queen beds, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with 3 couches, a dining room table, and sun decks.
On-Site Dining
Top Mast Cafe is located on-site and serves breakfasts and lunches daily, with dinner on Fridays. Guests may also cook on outdoor grills in designated areas or utilize the fully-equipped kitchens available in most beachfront units, cottages, and houses.
Leisure and Activities
Top Mast Resort provides access to a 50-foot indoor heated pool and slide, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, a sauna and steam room, a weight room with a Peloton, and a basketball and tennis court area. Guests have access to a private, groomed beach. Activities include whale watching and deep-sea fishing excursions, guided dunes tours, bicycle and walking trails, golf, tennis, unique shops and art galleries, dining, and nightlife. Lawn games, such as ping pong and cornhole, are available. The Club is available for private functions such as birthday parties.
Location and Access
Top Mast Resort is located at 209 Shore Road, North Truro, MA, on Cape Cod Bay, 15 km from Provincetown Municipal Airport. It is adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore. The resort is situated on 750 feet of private beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The resort is close to Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, and Eastham. The location provides views of the beautifully landscaped grounds with garden arbors, flowers, and partial views of Cape Cod Bay. Guests can enjoy Cape Cod sunsets over the bay.

Top Mast Resort provides free Wi-Fi in every room, the office area, and the indoor pool complex. The motel features an indoor pool and a concierge service. Roll-away beds, Pack and Plays, iron and ironing boards, bed rails, and extra fans are available. Daily housekeeping is provided in the Beach Houses and Shore Houses. Active Military and Veterans who reserve 2 nights will receive their 3rd night free in May. Guests have access to a private boardwalk to the beach.
