Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
inconsistent air conditioning infrequent minibar restocking
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. (It was either freezing or stuffy.) I found this quite inconvenient. the minibar was not restocked daily, I had to call down for water more than once. This seemed like a detail a hotel of this supposed caliber should handle seamlessly. The lack of attention to these small things detracted from the overall experience.

festive ambiance spacious layout kind staff
the room featured beautiful christmas decorations. a spacious layout offered comfort. the staff demonstrated kindness. dining at the on-site restaurant proved consistently satisfying, showing high-quality preparation and service during each meal.
some street noise was noticeable during peak hours, yet it did not significantly disrupt the overall experience.

excellent location perfect service turn down service
the hotel location was excellent. we walked everywhere and we were able to walk to the hotel from the train station. the service was perfect and the cleanliness was excellent. breakfast was wonderful and the turn down service was a pleasant surprise.
the street in front of the hotel had some homeless people during the night! returning to the hotel late wasn't very secure.

I greatly appreciated the staff. They were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had so many choices. The location is fabulous. It's close to the train station and all the famous landmarks.

small room bad view
check-in was quick. the team understood my need for a special access room and assigned it immediately.
The room was smaller than i expected for the price , and it felt quite cramped with too much furniture. temperature control was also an issue. The room was either too hot or too cold , and i couldn't seem to find a comfortable setting. i found a bad view from the rooms.

train station courtyard breakfast comfy bed
the location is perfect.. it is off the main roads but still an easy walk from the train station. gorgeous attractions are very close. sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast and cappuccinos was good, a nice way to start the day. the bed was comfy
the street in front of the hotel hosts homeless people and addicts at night, returning after 11 pm is not very secure.
