The Queen Victoria features thirty-one rooms and luxury suites in three restored 1880s homes and an 1876 gambling parlor. Each includes a private bathroom, TV, mini-refrigerator, hairdryer, clock radio, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning. Premium rooms and new suites include whirlpool tubs, and some have gas-log fireplaces. Suites such as Lillie Langtry have queen-sized beds, hydro-massage showers, and Victorian decor. Princess Beatrice offers ocean views and hydro-massage showers. Charing Cross includes two rooms with a twin day bed, brass rail canopy bed, and quartz vanity.

The Queen Victoria serves a generous breakfast buffet from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, fresh fruit salad, homemade muffins, and a variety of toasting breads with homemade strawberry jam. Hot entrees include egg casseroles and breakfast meats. Afternoon tea is served from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM with sweets, savories, and a treat. The "Tea for Two" grab bag offers homemade baked goods and tea to go.

The Queen Victoria is in the heart of Cape May's historic district, one block from the ocean beach and the Washington Street shopping and dining area. All buildings are on the corner of Ocean Street and Columbia Avenue. The Queen Victoria is 75 km from Atlantic City International. The Washington Street shopping area, just a block away, offers antiques, art, crafts, clothing, jewelry, candy, and toys.

The Queen Victoria provides superior accommodations that adhere to the standards of Select Registry and Distinguished Inns of North America. The House of Royals dining room accommodates business, club, or social group meetings for up to 20 people with the rental of at least 10 rooms. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (April through December) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (January through March, Sunday through Thursday). Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM; check out is before 11:00 AM.
