Family Suites include either two king-size beds or one king-size bed and two single beds, a living room with a kitchenette, and an outdoor patio.

The hotel is located 100 meters to the south of the MINAE office. Most major car rental companies have offices in San Jose, Liberia, and Tamarindo. Liberia Airport (LIR) is an hour away; San Jose Airport (SJO) is a four- to five-hour drive.
