utter bliss
excellent staff breakfast needs great value
the staff were always ready to assist , and ying and tubtim were particularly excellent. tai tai was very considerate about my breakfast dietary needs. the location offered convenience for dining and shopping , a great value.
i have no complaints at all , my stay was perfect.

firm mattress great pillows
Nat and the front desk team were very kind to me. the bed had a firm mattress, yet it felt good. I usually prefer a softer one. the pillows were great.

breakfast choice modern amenities large tv dishonest practices non-refundable stay misleading claims
the breakfast had a menu to choose from. it included a sweet or savory dish, two hot drinks, fruits, and a glass of juice. there were modern amenities in the room like a large tv. lots of pre-programmed light switches were by the bed.
i booked a non-refundable stay, but i had to leave early. i asked about a refund for the remaining nights.
