King rooms have king-size beds, air conditioning, balconies, coffee machines, high-speed WiFi, private bathrooms with WC, irons/ironing boards, and LCD TVs. Double Queen ADA rooms feature two queen-sized beds, air conditioning, balconies, coffee machines, high-speed WiFi, private bathrooms with WC, irons/ironing boards, radios, desks, and LCD TVs. Amenities include complimentary wireless high-speed internet, mini-refrigerators, and daily housekeeping. Courtyard rooms have direct access to the swimming pool and private balconies. Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional charge.

The hotel has three onsite restaurants. Charters Cafe is open Monday - Friday, 6-10 am, & Saturday - Sunday from 7-11 am and serves hot breakfast.
