Le Palais Hotel is a resort with a view of the sea and Koh Samui, near Haad Rin on Koh Phangan. The hotel reproduces architectural elements from the ruins of Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Rooms are situated across the hills.
Room types
The hotel offers several room types across three buildings. The Angkor building offers Angkor Sea View rooms on the second floor and Angkor Pool View rooms on the first floor. The Bayon building houses Bayon rooms on the second floor. The hotel also features Angkor Thom rooms with king size beds, an in-door pool, and sauna; these rooms accommodate up to four people.
Dining
Bayon Restaurant promotes Thai cuisine with European influences. The restaurant is located in the Bayon building. A beach bar provides drinks and food, sourced directly from the Bayon Restaurant.
Pools
Le Palais Hotel features hand-made pools, including two open-space pools near the beach. The lowest and largest pool uses salty water drained and cleaned from the sea. The upper pool contains chlore.
Location and Services
Le Palais Hotel is located 30 minutes by walking from Haad Rin. The reception welcomes guests willing to stay for one or several days. A terrace, a bar, and a restaurant are some of the hotel amenities. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.
