valet delaypoor communication
the valet service created big problems. i paid and went down to get my car, but i waited over an hour. the valet kept saying there was a line. my friend got his car sooner even though he paid later. the hotel needs to fix this terrible delay and communication.

The hotel was clean. our room had an amazing view of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful. The valet service was quick. i appreciated the convenient location, so close to the astros game.

The hotel design was very modern. The interior had a nice, updated look. The staff was polite and helpful .
The water pressure in the shower was awful. It seemed like a trickle. The ironing board in my room was broken. There were no organic options for coffee. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room.

i appreciated the convenient location. it was quite easy to get to the downtown area on foot. the staff members i encountered were nice and helpful. the bed in my room was comfortable.
there was an issue with the bathroom door. it did not close properly. this left a gap of about two inches. this was uncomfortable. breakfast was not included in the rate, and the room wasn't very big.
