Water's Edge Ocean Resort provides multiple room types including A, A1, B, C, D, E, and E-Plus. Type A is located on the ground level near the pool. Type A1 is on the 5th floor and includes a private balcony, TV, mini-fridge, and drip coffee maker. Type B is a ground-level, two-room efficiency with a living room and a single hide-a-bed. Type C is a two-room efficiency with two double beds in the bedroom and two TVs. Type D offers an oceanfront private balcony. Types E and E-Plus feature ocean views, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies; E-Plus rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors and are smoke-free. The Penthouse is an adults-only suite on the top floor with an oceanfront deck, two bedrooms with queen beds, a queen hide-a-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cone Crazy Ice Cream Shop is located at the back of the motel. Efficiency units include a full kitchen with flatware, dishes, pots, pans, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee, an oven, and a stove top. Several eateries are located steps away from the Water's Edge.
