Accommodations include Rote Wand Rooms (30 m²) with a living-bedroom area and balcony, Rote Wand Lodges (60 m²) featuring two bedrooms and a living area, and Rote Wand Family Suites (70 m²) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Rote Wand Suites (approximately 130 m²) include a TV, Illy coffee machine, kettle, and Susanne Kaufmann cosmetic products. Some rooms provide views of the Madloch.
Culinary Delights
The Rote Wand Stuben offers Austrian classics and fondue. The hotel restaurant features a dinner menu with unexpected flavors. Breakfast is served at the table. The Rote Wand Chef's Table, led by head chef Julian Stieger, has been awarded 2 MICHELIN stars. The Friends and Fools Lounge hosts masterclasses and culinary events. The hotel also features a bar and lounge.
Wellness and Activities
The hotel includes a 1,500 m² spa area with an outdoor Finnish sauna, brine steam grotto, bio sauna, and infrared light therapy sauna. There is an indoor pool (28°C) and a year-round heated outdoor pool (32°C). A separate ladies' area offers a Finnish sauna and steam bath. A fitness room with Technogym equipment is available. Daily activities include yoga, Pilates, and gymnastics. Bike and e-bike rentals are available in summer. Cross-country skiing is generally assured between early December and late April.
Location and Access
The Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel is located in Zug, a district of Lech am Arlberg. It is a few minutes' walk from Austria's highest golf course. The Lech golf course is 19 hectares. The hotel is accessible via the Inntalautobahn (A12) motorway and the Arlberg Pass or Arlberg Tunnel. In summer, it is also accessible via the Bregenzerwald and Hochtannberg and via Tyrols Lechtal valley. The hiking region around Lech and Zug am Arlberg offers cable cars, chairlifts, and hiking buses.
