aircraft noise unexciting atmosphere
The room i had was not sufficiently soundproofed! i heard constant aircraft noise. it affected my sleep quality. I counted planes. the hotel also lacks appealing activities. It felt rather unexciting compared to other hotels i have visited.

slow room service money waste
the room service was really slow. it took more than an hour to get a simple request fulfilled. this wasn't acceptable (especially considering the price i paid). it reminded me of a waste of money.

Really good Hospitality and Service

high quality care friendly host excellent food
The staff provided high quality care. The dining room host was friendly. I found the food to be excellent. The security guard also offered personalized attention.
The walk from reception to my room was too long. The room was too far. This meant walking a lot each time.

The location is convenient near the airport. My room included fine wood details and amenities like robes. The staff were helpful.

loose toilet seat poor wifi connection
The room looked tired. The toilet seat was loose and i could not get a stable wifi connection. i was disappointed because no one offered to move us to another room when i complained about the wifi. this seemed like poor service and a lack of concern.

welcome drink super clean lobby spacious room
the team greeted me with a welcome drink at the front desk. the lobby areas were super clean and well maintained. my room offered great value, it was spacious and functional. the hotel's proximity to the airport offered great convenience.
the tv menu navigation needs improvement. it could be a bit simpler to navigate.

loud air conditioning limited channels
I expected a bit more from my stay. the air conditioning was quite loud. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. also, the selection of television channels was limited. i found myself wishing for more english-language options. these small issues detracted from what was otherwise a pleasant visit.
