The automatic commode in my Premier Room was a luxurious touch! I was really surprised. Housekeeping was great. Sonia and Krishna kept everything super clean and were very gracious. Nisha greeted my husband and me warmly and checked us in efficiently. Our luggage was brought up promptly. AMAZING!!!
The in-room standing lamp shade was not working.

A Decent Hotel Experience
comfortable bed soft pillow tasty food closed pool repetitive breakfast
The room I stayed in was a Premier Room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. Room service was prompt and the food was tasty.
I also found the breakfast options a bit repetitive after a few days.

i found the club level rooms great. the service from mr jinny and ms tanpuii also impressed me. i thought the club facilities were also excellent.
