A 3,500-square-foot flagstone patio and terrace overlook Leonard's Creek and include gas fire pits and tiki torches. Guests can play yard games such as horseshoes, giant chess, Jenga, and bean bag toss.

The Beaumont Inn offers various services and amenities including reservations, reservation fees for weekdays are $25.00 + tax, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays: $50.00 + tax, and Holidays: $100.00 + tax, check-in at 3 PM, and check-out at 10 AM.
