SunBay Resort has studio hotel rooms and condo vacation rentals with one or two bedroom fully furnished, privately owned condominiums for nightly rentals. The Back Porch Grill is located overlooking the outdoor pool and Lake Hamilton. It offers a varied menu appealing to all ages. It also has a small sports bar. Martinis on the Lake is a large bar with dancing and booths around the perimeter overlooking Lake Hamilton. There is a pavilion with BBQ grills and a large deck with picnic tables and deck chairs.

SunBay Resort has a swimming pool plus a swimming dock on Lake Hamilton. Fishing is available from the fishing pier and fish cleaning area. A 10' by 20' indoor hot tub is accessible. A large, heated outdoor pool is located at the hotel lodge. A playground is available. The Hot Springs Athletic Club features Nautilus equipment, an indoor pool, two racquetball courts, two tennis courts, saunas and whirlpools. Guests can book a massage with Joyce 'Joy' Bennett.

SunBay Resort is located on Lake Hamilton, 15 km from Hot Springs Memorial Field. It is 10 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and 15 minutes from historic downtown and bathhouse row. Garvan Woodland Gardens is 4 km away. Lake Hamilton offers numerous activities, restaurants, and clubs, all accessible via the lake. Guests can also visit T-Rex Fun Spot and Hot Springs National Park Aquarium. Central Bowling Lanes and Family Fun Park are nearby.
