restful stay cute staff clean room quiet space
the staff were cute and professional. They were always attentive to my needs. my room was spotlessly clean. It provided a quiet space where i could unwind. the hotel's team. I highly recommend it.
the elevator system was slow! it took a while to get one.

convenient location helpful guards
I really enjoyed the convenient location. it was easy to get to the mall and many restaurants. i was also very grateful for the friendly guards. They were helpful and pleasant.
i found the gym disappointing, as it didn't have equipment useful for my workout.

The hotel is situated near a prime corner intersection. It overlooks the city through glass walls. i noticed adequate seating even during busy times, nice. the location also provided convenient access to nearby restaurants and shops.

the staff were helpful they quickly addressed all requests the room had ample space for unpacking it provided a comfortable stay the workspace was convenient for handling emails i appreciated the rooftop pool for relaxing evenings after exploring
the elevators were occasionally slow at peak hours requiring a little extra patience but this was a minor inconvenience

cold breakfast food artificial orange juice
the breakfast food was consistently cold. i found this unacceptable (especially for items meant to be served hot). orange juice tasted artificial, like it was made from powder. i expect fresh juice, or at least a better quality substitute, at breakfast. furthermore, tables were sometimes not cleared quickly enough. this meant i had to search for cutlery on occasion.
