Note: all guest rooms have an entrance width less than 36 inches and a bathroom entrance width less than 36 inches, making the path not accessible by wheelchair. The only way to navigate between floors is by staircase.

It is 100 m from Bowery, 1.5 km from Brooklyn Bridge, 4 km from Grand Central, and 20 km from LaGuardia. The B and D train is located on the corner of Chrystie St and Grand St 2 blocks away from the hotel. The J and Z train is located on the corner of Bowery and Delancey St 2 blocks away from the hotel. The 6 Train is located on the corner of Spring and Lafayette Streets, a few blocks from the hotel. A taxi from JFK Airport costs approximately $52 plus tolls. The Air Train connects the NJ Transit "Newark Airport Station" to the airport terminals for $8.00 per person.

Reception service is available 24 hours. Sohotel will store any luggage for up to 12 hours after check-out. Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the hotel. Packages may be received 24 hours in advance and held for 4 days. Lost and found items are held for 72 hours. A service fee of $20.99 + tax per day includes high-speed internet, an in-room safe, luggage storage, mailing or receiving of packages, and StoneStreet coffee. Late check-out can only be done at the time of arrival. Strobe and vibrating smoke/carbon alarms are available upon request. Sohotel is a non-smoking hotel.
